Being Mustati‘ and in Debt at the same Time

Q: Some people have built a residential house or purchased some important life requirements with a loan which they should repay in installments. Now, they fulfill all other conditions of being mustati‘, should they perform hajjah al-islam?

A: If they are sure that they can settle the loan on due time and they have all the other conditions of being mustati‘, hajj is obligatory for them.
