Women's Compulsory Wuquf at Mashar

Q: Are female pilgrims absolutely allowed to do the night compulsory wuquf at Mash‘ar al-Haram and depart before morning adhan? Or is this rule specific for excused women?

A: The said ruling is not confined to excused women.
