In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

The Revolution’s Victory in the Mirror of the Holy Quran

On the anniversary of the victory of the Islamic revolution in Iran, spirits pray to Allah and appreciate his bounty, which include blesses to all Muslims. The victory of the revolution wasn’t a normal event, but a historic turning point, not only on the political level but also on the spiritual, ideological and intellectual levels, to the march of the Islamic movement that represents a natural extension for the movement of the prophet (peace be upon them). Islam as a religion has proved to be responsive to the needs of all humanity, as well as in the ages of the prophets in the contemporary world that is full with challenges.

We should stand repeatedly on this victory, to examine the reasons and how to achieve it. The Quran is the first thing that stressed that the first reason for the victory is Allah, and victory is only from Allah, the mighty, the wise﴿(aal-Imraan:126) and also stressed on its inevitability when the believers investigate its causes and conditions, and helping the believers, is ever incumbent on us﴿(al-Room:47).

What is the most important thing of those conditions?

Among the most important conditions

1- Consistency on the principles: the foremost is the divine motive which is one of the secrets of the victory, Allah says, o you who believe! If you help Allah he will help you and make firm your feet﴿ (Mohammad: 7). And this stability is also a secret in maintaining the complete victory as Allah says, and make firm your feet﴿ (Mohammad: 7) foot are stable at the peak of victory.

2- Guardianship: “and Allah suffices as a guardian, and Allah suffices as a helper﴿ (Al-Nesaa: 45) the guardianship to Allah, prophets and Imams (leaders) was the reason for the foundation in the triumph of that blessed revolution, also the guardianship to the jurists, the deputy Imam of the infallible Imam Khomeini (may his secret be sacred) at that time it was considered the sign of that unique divine revolution that passed on the pace of the prophet’s revolutions throughout the history.

3- Unity: surely Allah loves those who fight in his way in his ranks as if they were a firm and compact wall﴿ (Al-saf: 4), so unity is an important thing for the nation’s victory, whereas segregation and differences destroy any structure. Allah has said, do not quarrel for then you will be weak in hearts and your power will depart﴿ (Al-Anfal: 46). And because the unity of the leadership and its obedience constitute the node of unity, God has issued the following verse, obey Allah and obey the apostle and those in authority for among you﴿ (Al-Nesaa: 59).

However, this victory is subjected to certain conditions and reasons to remain constant, bright and stable. Al-Imam Khomeini says: "How many are the victories that are achieved by the nations, and then lose a result of its weakness and volatility of what they had achieved."

And what is important than achieving the victory is saving and maintaining it and this is what Imam Al-Khomeini has warned about: "Wake up, preserving victory and the revolution is much more difficult from making out the victory and revolution."

The Forties Visit (Al-Arbaeen Visit)

The Sign of the Faithful is the Forties Visit

Visiting the shrines of the prophet’s family has several evidences including: the full faith that the one whom you are visiting is a patron upon Allah, and affirmation of allegiance to him, the realization to the right that he represents and the treaty to stay on His path and approach.
It was mentioned about Al-Imam Al-Rida (A.S.), "There is a covenant for every Imam towards his allies and Shiites, the full realization of the covenant and the good performance is visiting their graves, which has a desire to visit them and believes in what they ask, and Imams will be his intercessor during the Resurrection day."

How do you Visit?

Visiting the graves of the prophet's family is not only recommended on traveling to it, but also it is mentioned that it is pleasant to visit them from farness. About Al-Imam Al-Sadek (A.S.): "if someone's place was far away and he wasn't able to visit us, just go up to the top of the house, and prays two bows, says peace be upon our graves, it will definitely reaches us."

Assuring on the Visit

It has been confirmed vigorously by the prophet's family (peace be upon them) to visit Al-Imam Al-Hussein (A.S.). It was mentioned by Sadir, Al-Imam Al-Sadek asked me: "Sadir do you visit Al-Imam Al-Hussein grave everyday? I said: "No, done for your sake" he said (A.S.), how antipathy are you? Do you visit him every Friday? I said no. He said (A.S.); do you visit him every month? I said no. He said (A.S.) do you visit him every year? I said, yes you can say that. He said (A.S.), "how antipathy are you towards Al-Hussein?" Didn't you know that for God there are thousands and thousands of angels who cry and visit, never shy away, oh Sadir visit him five times every Friday, once everyday. I said, "Done for your sake sir, our home is far from his grave." He (A.S.) said: "Go to the top of your house, look to the right and then to the left, lift your head to the sky and then turn to Al-Imam Al-Hussein (A.S.) grave and say: Oh Abu Abdullah peace be upon you, may peace and mercy be upon you, then a visit will be written for you, and the visit is a hajj and a minor hajj."

Visiting Al-Imam Al- Hussein (A.S.)

It was mentioned that it is pleasant to visit Al-Imam Al-Hussein (A.S.) in many special occasions as, in the first and the mid of rajab, in the mid of shaaban, during Qader nights, Al-Fitr and Al-Adha Eid, Arafah day, Ashouraa and the twentieth of safar which is the forties day (Al-Arbaeen day) after his blessed martyrdom.. In the famous Hadith of Al-Imam Hassan Al-Askari (A.S.): "The faithful has five signs: fifty-one prayer, visiting the Arbaeen, wearing rings in the right hand, fogging the forehead, and speaking loudly (in the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful)".
That visit (Al-Arbaeen) contains a private visit for Al-Imam Al-Sadek (A.S.) which is like other visits, it holds high contents from the prophet's family to the nation to spread knowledge and awareness among its members, and make the visitor confirm his readiness for the cause and the support of the master of martyrs Al-Imam Al-Hussein (A.S.).

A Story and a Lesson

The Mohammadian Justice

In front of a crowd of people, the prophet entered the mosque with a blindfolded head and an appearance of having a high fever, he sat on the pulpit, praised and glorified God and then said: "One of Allah's salve had given the choice between this world and what Allah owns, he chose what Allah owns". Then he kept silent for a while and people bended their heads, and continued his speech and in his mind the plan of war against the Romans and equipped for that war a large army, led by Usama the son of Zaid (eighteen years old) commanding his companions and the rest of Muslims to fall under his banner, so he said from the pulpit of the mosque, "o people, save Osam's army"…  Then he felt silent for a while and his fever was becoming more volatile, then said:, "O people, I do praise God for you, a throb which is between your backs has become near me, so the one whom I have flogged his back, this is my back he can come and revenge, also the one whom I have taken his money this is my money let him come and take it; never a man says I feel afraid of the prophet's (peace be upon him) grudge, although the grudge is neither my nature nor my business. Indeed I love the best who has a right on me and comes to ask about or he permits me to meet Allah with a calm self…."

Then he came down from the pulpit, prayed and went on waiting for the people who were feeling tired from the prophet's question, the prophet who was the greatest infallible and praised by Allah that he had been ethically the greatest. Suddenly a disturbed man stood up and said to the prophet (peace be upon him) that once his whip felt down (accidentally) on his stomach, immediately the prophet (peace be upon him) revealed of his abdomen and asked him to cut from it, the man came near the prophet in front of the astonished people to kiss the prophet's body. To be the last covenant from him, was to touch by his body the prophet's body.

It was stated in the prophet's visit that it is good to say: "We are for God and to him we will return, o our beloved we were afflicted by you, how great is the misfortune, where the revelation got lost, and we had lost you, so we are for God and to him we will return".

The Leader’s Jurisprudence

The goals of ablution (works that ablution should be done for)

Conditions (working without is null)

1- Prayer of all sections (process and delegate) except the payer of the dead
2- Eliminating the forgotten parts of the prayer (as Al-Tashahod and prostration)
3- The duty of circumambulation

Enabling clause (working without is inviolable)

1- Touching the Holy Quran
2- Touching the names of God and his own characteristics
3- Touching the names of the prophets and Imams (on the safe side)

The perfection conditions (working without is deficient)

1- Eating during impurity
2- Reading the holy quran
