To Travel a Distance in a Roofed Car while in IHram

Q: When it rains the driver brakes the car but it takes some distance to stop due to its speed. What is the ruling of covering this distance  (braking distance) while it is raining? Is kaffarah obligatory?

A: No kaffarah is required unless one covers a certain distance in a roofed car to avoid rain in case of which kaffarah should, by caution, be observed.
