Doing Taqsir for Others before Oneself

Q: If a person in iHram absent-mindedly does taqsir for another pilgrim before doing it for himself, what is the rule concerning their hajj? And is kaffarah required or not?

A: In case of absent-mindedness, nothing is on the doer. Furthermore, as the 2nd person intended to be released from iHram status, his taqsir was in order and he actually got released from iHram.
