Order of Mina Actions

Q: Is it a condition that Mina actions on ‘id al-Aḍḥa be done in the prescribed order? Can one sacrifice before stoning the Jamarah of ‘Aqabah? Is there any difference between excused and non-excused people here?

A: By obligatory caution, slaughtering the sacrifice should be done after performing ramy of Jamarah al-‘Aqabah.
