Q: Can the pilgrims of the House of Allah in ‘umrah or hajj enter ihram in the miqat of hudaybiyyah? Is hudaybiyyah like other miqats, e.g. al-Shajarah and Juhfah or not?
A: hudaybiyyah is — like al-Tan‘im — a miqat for ‘umrah al-mufradah for the persons who are inside Mecca whether its people or the pilgrims who want to perform ‘umrah al-mufradah after completing hajj rites.
