The Bless of the Good Neighborhood

Good neighborhood is an obedience of Allah, it increases the means of sustenance, makes the houses replete with children and prosperous, prolongs life, is a sign of faith, increases the number of neighbors and servants, the sanctity of the neighbor is equivalent to the sanctity of the mother.

Right of the Neighbor

Be treated with deference while present, his rights preserved while absent, made victorious when injustice is done against him, his private parts covered when they are seen, advice rendered to him in secret if he is prepared to accept it, aid rendered to him in times of calamity, forgiveness of his mistakes, giving him good company, rescue delivered to him when in danger, lending him money when in need, congratulating him in happy occasions, visit paid to him when sick, condolence paid to him when a misfortune befalls him, seeing him off to his grave when he dies, refrain from building high rise stories if they block him from the wind, send to him some of the fruits bought if he sees them, or be keen not to let him see them when brining them secretly in, keep your son away from teasing his son, be keen not to harm him by the good flavor of cooked food unless some is sent to him or to his family.
